will my later years
start?---
a mother cat has babies
at the ruined village

晩年はいつからならむ 廃村に親猫が子を産んでゐるなり

of cherry blossoms--
unstoppable
petal storm in the ruins
beyond my five senses

廃村に吹雪けるままの花明かりわれの五感を超えたるところ

sounds
of the stream
in my homeland---
Strontium is soaking
into the placenta

古里のせせらぎの音を思ひゐつストロンチウム沁むる胎盤

my late mother's favorite...
is there
another world?

吹き溜まるあの辺りから隠り世か亡母の好みし桜の並木
